ROCCO – (named for racing as) On The Dot

Greyhounds homed independently by members of the racing fraternity are rarely (if ever) neutered. The new owner of Rocco adopted also Drominboy Pretty and sought to make money from a litter of 7 pups that was to follow. The sire (On The Dot) was subsequently off-loaded free, as was the dam about 3 months after whelping, without any consideration shown for the greyhound’s future welfare and security.

After a short period of time in foster care Rocco was found a loving and forever home in April 2007.
