SYNDICATE COURSING DOG’ABSOLUTELY NUTS’ is INJURED
Sadly not only Greyhound Racing dogs are injured in the chase.
Last weekend at the Hare Coursing Derby trial stakes in Milltown Malbay the syndicate dog ‘Absolutely nuts’ sustained a broken wrist and will not run again. This is in fact a regular scenario for dogs used for sport.
Live hare Coursing is a relic of bygone times and has been condemned by the majority of Irish people who want it banned. The fact that many gentle greyhounds are also being injured in Hare Coursing needs to be highlighted.
This dog ‘Absolutely nuts’ is used for Coursing by the controversial ‘greyhound nuts forum’.
We would appeal to these people to re-home this injured dog rather than kill him as is the fate of thousands of injured and surplus unwanted Racing and Coursing dogs.
· ABSOLUTELY NUTS bred from Adios Alonso ex Inallherglory
